【摘要】 目的 探讨CD105在急性白血病骨髓细胞的表达及其意义。方法 分离骨髓单个核细胞,采用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测CD105的表达。结果 CD105在急性白血病骨髓细胞表达率[(30.39±8.69)%]明显高于对照组[(1.90±0.61)%](P<0.05);且急性淋巴白血病表达CD105阳性率[(49.92±16.71)%]高于在急性髓系白血病的表达率[(22.21±9.95)%](P<0.05);化疗缓解后CD105表达率[(3.99±1.45)%]比化疗前[(48.74±16.45)%]显著减低(P<0.05);浸润组CD105表达率[(41.39±14.05)%]高于非浸润组[(21.06±9.14)%](P<0.05)。结论 CD105在急性白血病细胞的异常表达,可能与白血病发病和预后有关。
