【摘要】 目的 研究同种异体骨髓基质干细胞(MSC)移植对兔激素性股骨头缺血性坏死(SANFH)血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的影响。方法 将45只健康新西兰兔随机分为三组:空白组、每组各15只。模型组和治疗组,模型组和治疗组,第1、3周马血清10 ml/kg耳缘静脉注射,于第5周腹腔注射醋酸泼尼松龙7.5 mg/kg,1次/d,连续3 d;空白组,第1、3周生理盐水10 ml/kg兔耳缘静脉注射,于第5周腹腔注射生理盐水1 ml,1次/d,连续3 d。治疗组于第6周行MSC移植。第10周测血清中TNF-α水平。结果 治疗组兔血清TNF-α水平较模型组明显偏低( P<0.01)。结论 MSC移植使兔SANFH模型血清TNF-α水平降低。
