【摘要】 目的 探讨血中脑钠肽(BNP)水平与2型糖尿病患者并发冠心病及其严重程度的关系, 以确定BNP水平能否预测2型糖尿病患者并发冠心病及其严重程度。方法 测定2型糖尿病并发冠心病患者血中BNP水平,及单纯2型糖尿病患者BNP水平,比较两组患者BNP的差异以及不同类型冠心病患者之间BNP的差异。结果 2型糖尿病并发冠心病患者血中BNP水平明显高于单纯2型糖尿病患者BNP水平(P<0.01),其中冠心病患者BNP水平与病情严重程度相关。结论 测定2型糖尿病患者BNP水平能预测其并发冠心病的风险,还能预测冠心病的严重程度。
