妈富隆与补佳乐治疗青春期功血的疗效比较

【摘要】 目的 探讨妈富隆与补佳乐对青春期功能失调性子宫出血(功血)的治疗效果。方法 对64例青春期功血患者分别采用妈富隆(A组,32例)和补佳乐加安宫黄体酮(B组,32例)治疗,观察两组止血时间及效果。结果 24 h内控制出血A组7例,B组3例,差异有显著性(P<0.001)。48 h止血A组23例,B组9例,差异有显著性(P<0.001)。A组无突破性出血的表现,停药后无出血量过多等情况发生。结论妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血方法简便,安全性好,疗效显著,不良反应少。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of marvelon and estradiol valerate in treating puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 64 patients with puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided randomly into two groups and treated by marvelon and estradiol valerate respectively. The time and effect when bleeding was stopped were observed. Results There was significant difference (P<0.005)in those patients whose bleeding was controlled in 48 hours: group A(24 patients),group B(9 patients). The patients in group A didn't show break-through bleeding and too much bleeding after drug withdrawal. Conclusion Treatment for puberty dysfunctional uterine bleeding by marvelon is simple, safe and effective and has few side effects.
