两种不同内固定技术治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折疗效分析(1)

     【摘要】 目的 观察分体式髌骨爪加环形钢丝和AO张力带两种不同内固定技术治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折疗效。方法 回顾分析手术治疗的58例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者,其中28例采用分体式髌骨爪加环形钢丝固定,30例采用AO张力带固定;所有病例均获随访。结果 两种内固定均有良好的固定作用,术后A、B两组膝关节功能优良率分别为96.43%、90%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 两种内固定技术治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折可以获得同样满意疗效,而分体式髌骨爪加环形钢丝是一种较AO张力带更好,更理想的治疗方法,尤其对严重髌骨粉碎性骨折治疗体现出较好的优越性。
