非药物治疗和护理对临界高血压的影响分析

【摘要】 目的 观察非药物治疗和护理对临界高血压的影响。方法 将78例临界高血压患者随机分为两组。观察组采取针对性非药物治疗和护理,并每周进行随访指导、记录血压水平,测血压1次/周;对照组每周测血压一次并记录。结果 观察组血压显著下降,对照组血压略有上升,两组对比差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 通过非药物治疗和护理达到了稳步降压的目的

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic significance of non-drug therapy and nursing in the borderling hypertension.Methods Seventy-eight patients with borderling hypertension were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was given the non-drug therapy and nursing measured blood pressare and followed up every week.Results The bloodpress decline in non-drug therapy and nursing agroup dropped but bloodpressure was going up little in the control group.There were remarkable differences between the two groups(P<0.001).Conclusion The non-drug therapy and nurses has a curativeeffect on the blood pressure for borderling hypertension.
