闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折

     【摘要】 目的 评估闭合复位交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折的疗效。方法 闭合复位胫骨骨折,应用交锁髓内钉内固定,治疗胫骨骨折患者22例,其中横形骨折4例,斜形骨折6例,粉碎性骨折12例。结果 骨折均获得功能复位,随访患者均骨性愈合。内固定物取出时间最短10个月,最长2年,平均1.2 年。根据Johner-W ruh平分方法,优15例,良6例。无内固定物弯曲、断裂、感染等并发症发生。结论 闭合复位、交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折,损伤小、出血少、感染几率低、骨折愈合率高等优点,可以广泛应用于临床。

    Close Reduction and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation in treatment of the tibial fracture

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of close reduction and interlocking intramedullar nail fixation in treatment of the tibial fracture.Methods 22 patients with tibial fracture were treated with close reduction and interlocking intramedullary fixation including 4 transverse fracture,6 oblique fracture and 12 compound fracture.Results Patients who were followed up were healed well.The average time to take out the nail was 1.2 years,the longest was 2 years and the shortest was 10 months.According to the criteria of Johner-Wruh,15 cased were excellent and 6 cases was good.There were no nail bending,broken and infection cases.Conclusion Closing reduction and intramudullary nail fixation has the advantages of less damage,less blooding,low infection rate,high healing rate.It can be applied extensively clinically. ......
