【摘要】 目的 观察川芎嗪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病肾衰竭的疗效。方法 58例糖尿病肾病肾衰竭患者随机分为两组:治疗组(30例)和对照组(28例),两组均给予均基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗上加用川芎嗪注射液,240 mg/d,21 d为一疗程,观察疗效。结果 治疗组总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 川芎嗪注射液治疗糖尿病肾病肾衰竭有一定的临床推广价值。
