【摘要】 目的 通过探讨剖宫产术后晚期出血发生的时间、病因、治疗及预防,增进临床实践经验总结。方法 对广东省惠东县妇幼保健院2006年1月至2008年1月间收治的26例剖宫产术后晚期出血病例进行回顾性分析。结果 术后晚期出血发生时间为术后2~6周,多发生在术后2~3周内;原因有子宫复旧不良、组织残留、子宫内膜炎、子宫切口缝线溶解或感染裂开。结论 剖宫产术后晚期出血多发时间术后2~3周,以子宫复旧不良为主要原因,而子宫切口缝线溶解或感染裂开后果严重。
