食管鳞癌组织中PTEN的表达及其临床意义(1)

     【摘要】 目的 观察PTEN在食管鳞癌组织当中的表达,探讨其与食管鳞癌发生的联系及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组化S - P 法检测食管鳞癌组织、癌旁正常食管组织中PTEN的蛋白表达情况。结果 PTEN 在正常食管黏膜和食管癌中阳性率分别为96.4% , 65.5%。PTEN表达与食管癌的分化程度高低、浸润深度、是否有淋巴结转移和临床分期关系密切( P<0. 05) ,与患者年龄、性别无关( P>0. 05) 。结论 PTEN 蛋白异常表达在食管鳞癌发生发展过程中有重要作用。
