微波与干扰素联合治疗肛周尖锐湿疣疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨微波与干扰素局部注射及凝胶外用联合治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法 分析2004年3月至2009年8月微波治疗肛周尖锐湿疣患者123例临床资料,其中治疗组74例,予以干扰素局部注射加微波治疗加术后干扰素凝胶外用;对照组49例,单独应用微波治疗。结果 治疗组治愈48例(64.86%),对照组治愈17例(34.69%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组复发26例(35.14%),对照组复发32例(65.31%),两组差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 微波与干扰素局部注射及凝胶外用治疗肛周尖锐湿疣疗效优于单纯微波治疗。
