267例老年耳鼻咽喉患者合并基础疾病在围手术期治疗的临床分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨老年耳鼻咽喉患者围手术期综合因素的影响和治疗的临床意义。方法 回顾分析术前合并高血压者102例、糖尿病者42例、冠心病者38例、严重心率失常者18例、严重肺功能不全者8例老年手术患者的病历资料。 结果 对267例老年患者进行术前评估,给予预防性内科治疗后,顺利地进行了手术治疗,无一例出现严重并发症。结论 对老年患者做好术前评估和干预,并进行预防治疗,对提高围手术期安全和手术成功率具有重要的临床意义。
