【摘要】 目的 探讨微创经皮钢板内固定技术治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法 应用间接复位技术,通过建立胫骨内侧皮下隧道,采用钢板内固定治疗胫腓骨折45例。结果 全部病例Ⅱ期骨愈合,无骨不连合或延迟愈合、钢板松动等并发症,X 线片见骨痂为4～7周,平均(5.3±1.2)周;骨愈合时间为12～17周,平均(14.2±3.5)周。其中30 例已拆除钢板,无再骨折现象发生。结论 微创经皮钢板内固定技术治疗胫腓骨骨折,既满足了骨折的固定又保护了骨折区的血供,临床疗效满意。
