【摘要】 目的 考察中药治疗变应性鼻炎疗效。方法 患者随机分为三组,分别使用中药玉屏风散加味、麻黄附子细辛汤加味、黄芪建中汤加味治疗变应性鼻炎。结果 三组总有效率分别为78.3%、75.4%、79.6%。χ2比较三组总有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 中药对变应性鼻炎有较好的效果,但其治疗机理有待进一步明确。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Patients were randomly divided into three groups, namely the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis. Results The total effective rate were 78.3%, 75.4%, 79.6%.χ2comparing three sets of the total effective rate was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine for allergic rhinitis have a better effect, but its therapeutic mechanism remains to be further clarified.
