【摘要】 目的 分析我院住院麻醉药品的临床应用情况及用药趋势。方法 对我院2007～2009年住院麻醉药品的用量、金额、用药频度进行统计和分析。结果 我院住院麻醉药品的品种、用药金额及升降幅度变化不大。芬太尼针在手术中应用极为广泛;芬太尼透皮贴剂在临床上得到广泛使用;羟考酮控释片逐渐受关注;瑞芬太尼针用药频度保持前列。结论 我院住院麻醉药品使用比较合理。
