颈痛胶囊质量标准的研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 建立颈痛胶囊的质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法对处方中延胡索、川芎、白芍、葛根进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定三七中人参皂苷Rg1含量。结果 薄层色谱法专属性强;人参皂苷Rg1平均回收率为96.08%,RSD为0.92%。结论 高效液相色谱法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为颈痛胶囊的质量控制标准。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality standard of Jintong capsules.Methods Thin-layer chromatography was employed to identify Rhizoma Corydalis,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, White Peony Root and Radix pueraiae.The content of Ginsenoside Rg1determined by High Pressure Liquid Chromatography.Results The study on the quality control showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.The average recovery of Ginsenoside Rg1was 96 ......
