补体C3与心房纤颤关系的临床研究

【摘要】 目的 研究补体C3与心房纤颤(房颤)的关系。方法 采用免疫速率散射比浊法对56例房颤患者和35例正常对照组进行了血清C3水平测定。结果 房颤患者血清补体C3水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),持续性房颤C3水平明显高于阵发性房颤组(P<0.05)。结论 血清C3水平增高可能是房颤的发生和持续重要危险因素之一。
