健康体检中超声诊断胆囊息肉样病变的应用价值

【摘要】 目的 探讨健康体检中超声诊断胆囊息肉样病变的意义。 方法 对1698例健康体检人群中胆囊息肉样病变进行了总结分析。结果 超声检查健康体检人群1698 例,其中非胆囊息肉组1588例(93.52%),检出胆囊息肉组110例(6.48%),其中单发息肉组86例(5.06%),多发息肉组24例(1.41%),伴有胆囊炎性改变19例(1.12%),合并脂肪肝的35例(2.06%),合并胆囊结石或胆囊附壁结晶10例(0.56%),合并脾大2例(0.12%),合并慢性胰腺炎的3例(0.18%)。 结论 超声检查在体检中能及时发现胆囊息肉样病变,早期诊治以提高人群的健康水平。
