【摘要】 目的 分析慢性硬膜下血肿行钻孔引流术发生各种并发症的原因,以便更好地防治。方法 对98例慢性硬膜下血肿患者行钻孔冲洗闭式引流术发生的各种并发症进行回顾性分析。结果 全部患者均接受手术治疗,其中35例出现术后并发症,经相应治疗均治愈。结论 注意术中、术后的细节处理,预防术后并发症。
