     【摘要】 目的 了解新入校医学研究生心理卫生状况。方法 采用精神症状自评量表SCL-90,对34名新入校医学研究生进行心理健康测查,并与国内常模进行比较。结果 11.8%的医学研究生存在心理健康问题,突出表现为强迫、人际敏感、焦虑、偏执等,医学研究生的躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性和总分与国内常模间差别均有统计学意义;不同性别医学研究生心理健康状况差异无统计学意义。结论 新入校医学研究生个别存在心理健康问题,学校对其应尽早进行心理健康综合干预;而医学心理学课程的开设可能对学生的心理健康水平有影响,而具体的实证有待进一步实验。
