主动脉夹层的急诊救治及护理体会
【摘要】 目的 探讨主动脉夹层(AD)的急诊救治及护理经验。方法 选择2000年1月至2008年12月我科收治的AD患者55例，给予急诊救治及护理。结果 55例患者中，47例(85.5%)好转出院，其中行介入治疗5例(9.1%)，住院期间死亡8例(14.5%)，均无护理并发症。结论 及时诊断和有效治疗可显著改善AD患者的预后，细致入微的护理是治疗成功的保证。【关键词】主动脉夹层；急诊救治；介入治疗；护理
