复合辅酶治疗肺源性心脏病心力衰竭疗效观察
【摘要】 目的 观察复合辅酶(Coenzyme complex)治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭的疗效。方法 将50例患者随机分为两组，每组25例。治疗组和对照组均予常规综合治疗，治疗组加用100 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml中，静脉点滴，1次/d。结果 治疗组中有效22例，有效率88%。对照组有效15例，有效率60%，治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 复合辅酶治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并心力衰竭疗效显著。【关键词】 复合辅酶;肺源性心脏病；心力衰竭
The effect observation of Coenzyme complex for treatment chrenic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Coenzyme complex treatment on chronic pulmonary heartdisease and heart failure.Methods 50 patientswere randomly selected and divided into two groups,with 25 patients in each group.Both the treatment group and the control group accepted normal comprehensive treatment.The treatment group was treated Coenzyme complex 100mg in 5% dextrose 250ml introvenously,once a day. Results The result showed that thetreatment group had 22 effective cases with 88%effective percentage while the controlgroup had only 15 effective cases with 60%effectivepercentage.The treatmentgroup had significanthigher effective percentage and comparing with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion There is a significant effect in that Coenzyme complex is used to treat chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure. ......
