老年患者外科护理的研究与探讨
【摘要】 目的 分析探讨普外科老年患者的护理方法，以了解老年护理的要点，保证患者的护理安全。方法 通过分析普外科老年患者手术前后存在的问题，根据老年疾病的特点、普外科患者自身的特点，提出合理的护理对策。结果 良好的护理能使老年患者处于接受治疗的心理状态，使老年手术患者以最佳的心理状态迎接手术，配合治疗，减少术后并发症，达到最佳的治疗。结论 在临床护理中应实施人文关怀、更新服务理念，可显著降低护理风险的发生率。【关键词】 老年患者；护理；护患关系

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing methods of elderly patients in general surgery department, to understand the main points of aged care and to ensure the safety of patients.Methods The problems existing in elderly patients before and after surgery were analyzed, and reasonable nursing measures were proposed according to the characteristics of agerelated diseases, the patient's characteristics after general surgery. Results Good care could make elderly patients in mental status of receiving treatment, thus facing the surgery and treatment in the best mental state, reducing postoperative complications and achieving the optimal treatment effect.
