【摘要】 目的 探讨齐拉西酮与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响。方法 60例精神分裂症患者随机分为齐拉西酮组30例和氯氮平组30例，疗程12周。用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定分别于4、8及12周末评定疗效和不良反应。用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI)于治疗前后评定生活质量。结果 治疗后两组PANSS总分均明显下降。齐拉西酮组GQOLI总分及躯体健康中的躯体不适，食与性功能、运动及感觉因子均较治疗前明显增高(P<0.01),与氯氮平组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。齐拉西酮组的TESS评分较氯氮平组显著减少 (P< 0.01)。结论 齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症疗效和氯氮平相当，不良反应较小，但更能提高患者的生活质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of Ziprasidone and Clozapine on quality of life in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 60 patients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned to Ziprasidone group (n30) and Clozapine group (n30) for an observation of 12 weeks. PANSS and TESS were used to respectively evaluate efficacy and side effects at the end of 4,8,12 week. GQOLI was used to evaluate their quality of life before and after treatment. Results After treatment, total scores of PANSS in two groups both significantly decreased (P<0.01). In Ziprasidone group, total score of GQOLI, factor scores of physical uncomfortable feeling, appetite and sex function, sports and feeling were significantly increased, and these scores were also significantly different from those in Clozapine group (P<0.01).Scores of TESS in ziprasidone group were also significantly lower than those in Clozapine group (P<0.01). Conclusion Ziprasidone has similar efficacy with Clozapine and with mild side effects, can be improving the quality of life in patients with schizophrenia.
