【摘要】 目的 探讨综合治疗与护理对腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法 观察分析137例腰椎间盘突出症患者在综合治疗的过程中实施的护理措施及功能锻炼指导等情况。结果 治愈97例(71%)，好转36例(26%)，无效4例(3%)。结论 采用综合治疗加有效的临床护理和健康指导，对腰椎间盘突出症患者的康复有明显的疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the comprehensive treatment and care for the clinical effect of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods The analysis of 137 cases prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients in comprehensive treatment in the process of implementing nursing measures and functional exercise guidance, etc. Results Cure 97 patients(71%), improvement of 36 patients(26%), invalid 4 cases(3%). Conclusion The comprehensive treatment with effective clinical nursing and guiding the health of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation the recovery of patient has obvious curative effect.
