管理循环法在护理管理中的应用
【摘要】 目的 探讨研究管理循环法在护理管理中的应用成效。方法 以我院2009年5月至2010年5月期间住院患者和临床护士作为研究对象，将管理循环法应用于护理管理方面的情况进行研究，并对比应用前后的效率。结果 对比应用管理循环法前后的基础护理合格率明显提高(P<0.05)。结论 管理循环法是护理管理的有效方法，可提高护理管理效率与医院的整体护理质量，也提高了患者满意度。【关键词】

【Abstract】 Objective To study management cycle in nursing management of results. Methods To our hospital in May 2009~2010 period in May and clinical nurse patients as research subjects, will manage the care and management of circulation method used to study the situation and to compare the efficiency before and after application.Results
Method was significantly improved the passing rate of basic nursing befor and after application manaqement cycle(P<0.05). Conclusion The management cycle method is an effective method of nursing management, nursing management can improve the overall efficiency and quality of care in hospitals, but also improve patient satisfaction.
