慢性心力衰竭患者血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体Ⅰ肿瘤坏死因子α含量及临床意义(1)

【摘要】 目的 旨在探讨慢性心力衰竭患者血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体I(sTNFRⅠ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)含量及其临床意义。方法 慢性心衰组包括62例慢性心力衰竭患者，按心功能分级(NYHA)又分为3个组：Ⅱ级组20例，Ⅲ级组20例，Ⅳ级组22例，另设15例健康人作对照。血清sTNFRⅠ、TNFα含量测定采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)。结果 结果显示慢性心力衰竭患者血清sTNFRⅠ、TNFα含量显著高于健康对照组，慢性心力衰竭患者心功能分级组间血清、sTNFRⅠ、TNFα含量也有显著差异，心功能Ⅳ级组显著高于心功能Ⅱ级组、Ⅲ级组。结论 慢性心力衰竭患者血清sTNFRⅠ、TNFα含量的变化参与慢性心力衰竭致病机制，它们之间可能还有相互作用及影响，共同参与慢性心力衰竭的发病机制。

Serum concentrations of soluble tumor necrosis factor receptorI、tTumor necrosis factorαand the clinical significance in the patients with chronic heart failure

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate concentrations of serum soluble tumor necrosis factor receptorI(sTNFRⅠ),serum tumor necrosis factor (TNFα)andclinical significance in the patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods CHF group included 62 patients, sixtytwo patients were devided into three groups according to cardiac function (NYHA classification), class Ⅱ group included 20 patients, class Ⅲ group included 20 patients, class Ⅳ group included 22 patients. Healthy control group included 15 healthy volunteers. Serum concentrations of sTNFRⅠ and TNFα were measured by enzymeliked immuneabsorbent assay (ELISA).Results The results were shown that serum concentrations of sTNFRⅠ and TNFα in the patients with CHF were significantly higher than these in healthy control group, serum levels of sTNFRⅠ and TNFα in three groups according to cardiac function were also significant difference. Conclusion Changes of serum concentrations of sTNFRⅠ and TNFαin the patients with CHF would play a role in the pathogenic mechanism of chronic heart failure, they maybe interact and influence each other in the pathogenic mechanism of chronic heart failure.
