振源胶囊对52例无症状心衰患者的干预研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨振源胶囊对无症状心衰(心力衰竭)患者6 min步行距离、左室射血分数、左室内径、发展为显性心衰者等指标的影响。方法 52例患者分为两组，对照组为使用洛汀新(贝拉普利)治疗，治疗组加用振源胶囊治疗。结果 两组干预措施均可不同程度改善6 min步行距离、左室射血分数、左室收缩末期内径，且治疗组改善左室射血分数较对照组差异有统计学意义。左室舒张末期内径及发展为显性心衰者两组差异无统计学意义。结论 振源胶囊具有改善无症状心衰患者心功能(6 min步行距离、左室射血分数、左室收缩末期内径)的作用，对左室舒张末期内径无影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To disscuss the effect of Zhenyuan capsule to patients with asymptomatic heart failure through walking distance in 6 minutes, left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular diameter and other indexes of dominant heart failure.Methods Divide 52 patients with asymptomatic heart failure were divided into two groups. The control group took Lotensin (benazepril hydrochloride)，the treatment group took Lotensin(benazepril hydrochloride) and Zhenyuan capsule. Results The intervention of the two groups can improve walking distance in 6 minutes, left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular endsystolic diameter, and the treatment group had significant difference in improving left ventricular ejection fraction compared with the control group. There was no significant difference in left ventricular enddiastolic diameter and indexes of dominant heart failure in the two groups. Conclusion Zhenyuan capsule has the effect to improve heart function (walking distance in 6 minutes, left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular endsystolic diameter) of patients with asymptomatic heart failure, and has no effect to left ventricular enddiastolic diameter.

无症状心力衰竭是指无典型心衰症状但有客观左室功能障碍证据，是有症状心力衰竭的前期[1]。而心力衰竭严重危害着公众健康。根据Framingham心脏研究表明[2]：1948~1988年之间，心衰患者平均存活时间男性为3.2年，女性为5.4年；5年死亡率男性为75%，女性为62%。目前对于无症状心衰的干预研究，西医主要是使用ACEI类药物[3、4] ......
