脑血管造影术的并发症临床分析(1)
【摘要】 目的 研究并分析150例全脑血管造影术(DSA)的并发症情况,探讨脑血管造影术的安全性。方法 总结我院自2006年1月至2009年12月行脑血管造影术的150例患者检查情况，分析围检查期的并发症。结果 全部患者均常规行双侧颈内动脉，椎动脉选择性造影，有3例患者因动脉迂曲严重，未能进入颈内动脉，仅行颈总动脉造影。共有 8例患者发生围检查期相关并发症，占所有患者的53%。结论 脑血管造影检查是目前诊断脑血管疾病的一种准确检查方法，是一种技术成熟的安全的有创检查方法，并发症较低。随着造影设备、器械的不断改进，技术的不断提高，会更加安全可靠。【关键词】
