拇趾C形皮瓣修复拇指外伤后皮肤组织缺损的应用

     【摘要】目的探讨拇趾C形皮瓣在拇指外伤后皮肤组织缺损修复中的应用及临床效果。方法对12例拇指外伤皮肤组织缺损的患者，根据皮肤组织缺损的情况设计同侧或对侧拇趾C形皮瓣进行修复、再植。结果 12例患者术后移植皮瓣均成活，恢复伤指外形及功能，随访3个月至2年，皮瓣质地外形逼真，感觉良好。结论拇趾C形皮瓣修复拇指外伤皮肤组织缺损外形满意，术后伤指功能恢复良好，供区损伤少，受区临床效果佳，是一种优良的方法。
