废旧免疫组化液体石蜡笔的再利用技术
【摘要】 目的 为了避免免疫组化染色试验中抗体溢出组织，使抗原组织与抗体得不到充分的孵育及反应。因此，必需使用免疫组化笔在切片组织周围画圈避免抗体流出。方法 一支废旧的免疫组化液体石蜡笔，用小瓶倒入2 ml树胶，加入适量二甲苯稀释树胶，用此笔蘸稀释后的树胶在玻片组织周围画圈。结果 再利用自制免疫组化笔的隔水率达90%，同美国进口免疫组化笔及国产笔其隔水率效果相同，增强了免疫组化阳性细胞的表达效果。结论 废旧自制免疫组化笔完全可以代替任何国产、进口免疫组化笔，且价格低廉。【关键词】 自制免疫组化笔；中性树胶；免疫组化切片
