【摘要】 目的 探讨PFNA治疗老年粗隆间骨折的方法和疗效。方法 应用PFNA治疗老年粗隆间骨折37例。结果 其中34 例患者得到随访，随访时间6～18个月，平均12个月，骨折全部愈合，无髋内翻等其他并发症。结论 PFNA治疗老年粗隆间骨折具有固定牢靠，创伤小，并发症少等特点，是目前治疗老年粗隆间骨折的一种理想的治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the curative effect of surgical treatment of the Femoral intertrochanteric fractures using the Proximal Femoral Nail Anti-rotation(PFNA).Methods 34 cases the Femoral intertrochanteric fractures with PFNA. Results 34 cases had been followed up for 6～18 months(average 12 months). All the fractures were healed.no deformity of hip and other complications cccurred. Conclusion PFNA has the advantages of less surgical trauma,less loss of sclerotin,less complications,more stable fixation.So it is a useful device in the treatment of Femoral intertrochanteric fracture of elderly patients.
