【摘要】 目的 总结探讨股骨转子间骨折的疗效和治疗方法。方法 对43例股骨转子间骨折采用锁定加压钢板固定，加盖植骨的方法治疗。结果 手术时间平均55 min；术中出血平均135 ml, 随访8～16个月，所有患者均骨性愈合，无内固定松动，断裂，切割、骨不连及严重的髋内翻发生。依据Harris评分标准进行评分，平均为90.9分。结论 锁定加压钢板固定加盖植骨是治疗股骨转子间骨折一种较好的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To sum up and discuss the treatment and effect of intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Treating the 43 cases of intertrochanteric fracture with locking compression plate fixation and shelf graft operation. Results The average operation time was 55 minutes,average vessel bleeding was 135 ml. All patients were healed and no implant loosening, fracture, cutting, nonunion or severe coxa vara occurs within 8～16 months follow-up. The score was 90.9 points on the average upon the Harris evaluation. Conclusion Locking compression plate fixation and shelf graft operation is a good treatment for femoral intertrochanteric fracture. ......
