【摘要】 目的 探讨天花粉蛋白联合米非司酮治疗持续性宫外孕的疗效。方法 对于16例确诊持续性宫外孕的患者，给予天花粉蛋白2.4 mg单次肌内注射，同时给予地塞米松10 mg肌内注射抗过敏。给予米非司酮每日100 mg口服，共5 d，复查血β-HCG，B超，血常规，每3～5日一次，严密监测血压，腹痛及阴道出血情况。结果 16例患者血β-HCG均下降至正常，无l例行二次手术。结论 天花粉蛋白是持续性宫外孕理想可靠的治疗方法。
