多种方法治疗体表复杂性血管瘤的疗效评价(1)

【摘要】 目的 评价几种体表复杂性血管瘤的疗效 方法 2006～2010年附属医院整形外科治疗体表复杂性血管瘤41例。其中，21例进行介入栓塞+手术切除治疗(A方案)；11例进行介入栓塞+平阳霉素瘤体内注射(B方案)；9例进行铜针留置+平阳霉素瘤体内注射(C方案)。结果 术后随访2年，A、B、C组3组的治愈率与复发率分别为：71.43%，4.76%； 36.36%，18.18%； 22.22%，11.1%。结论 体表复杂性血管瘤的治疗当中，应根据CTA结果选择治疗方案。在3组联合治疗方案当中，A方案治愈率高而复发率低，但必须瘤本有明确的供血动脉及未严重侵犯周围组织、器官才能采取该方案。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate a variety of methods treatment of the body surface complex hemangioma. Methods From 2006 to 2010, 41 cases of body surface complex hemangioma were treated. Among 41 cases, 21 cases selected to treat by intervention-embolization plus surgical resection(A scheme),11 cases selested to treat by intervention-embolization plus intratumoral injection of pingyangmycin(B scheme),9 cases selected to treat by copper needles embedded plus intratumoral injection of pingyangmycin(C scheme). Results Followed up for 2 years, the cure and recurrence rates of A B C scheme were 71.43%, 4.76%; 36.36%, 18.18%; 22.22%, 11.1% respectively. Conclusion Among the treatment of the surface complex hemangioma,we must choose the treatment based on the results of CTA.Among the three groups of scheme, the cure rate of A scheme is high and the recurrence rate is low.However, the tumor must have a clear artery and not a serious violation of the surrounding tissues or organs in order to take the program..
