23例跖骨应力性骨折临床分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨由军事训练导致的跖骨应力性骨折的早期准确诊断及治疗措施。 方法 对23例军事训练中发生的跖骨应力性骨折患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2000年1月至2010年12月间，共收治跖骨应力性骨折患者23例，占所有应力性骨折患者34.6%，经保守治疗20例，手术治疗3例，全部得到随访，均痊愈。结论 跖骨应力性骨折发病隐匿，放射学变现多样，诊断关键是结合病史与临床症状适时进行影像学检查，要与骨肉瘤，骨髓炎相鉴别。【关键词】

【Abstract】 Objective
To explore the early diagnosis and effective treatment of metatarsal bones stress fracture in military training.Methods The 23 cases of stress fractures in military training were retrospectively studied since 2000.Results In all 23 patients, all were follow up, 20 out of the 23 patients required expectant treatment.3 underwent operation. All recovered uneventfully.Conclusion The key to diagnosis of metatarsal bones stress fracture is making an adequate and early imaging examination in light of the case history and clinical situation. ......
