MRI对诊断癫痫患者海马硬化的应用价值
【摘要】 目的 探讨MRI对诊断癫痫患者海马硬化的应用价值。方法 对21例癫痫患者行垂直于海马长轴的斜冠状液体衰减反转恢复序列(FLAIR)、快速SE(FSE)T1WI、T2WI序列MRI扫描。结果 21例患者中，1例为双侧海马硬化，20例为单侧海马硬化(左侧13例，右侧7例)，21例经手术后病理证实，21例22个患侧MR显示海马体积缩小；FSET2WI(18侧)和FLAIR成像(22侧)信号增高；21个海马头部浅沟消失；8个患侧白质萎缩；3个患侧颞叶萎缩；9个患侧颞角扩大。结论 MRI是检测海马硬化的首选方法，可为临床医生提供精确的定位和定性诊断。【关键词】
