输尿管镜下钬激光内切开治疗输尿管狭窄11例报告
【摘要】 目的 探讨输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管狭窄方法与疗效。方法 自2009年12月至2011年2月对11例输尿管狭窄的患者采取输尿管镜下钬激光狭窄内切开进行治疗，术后留置双“J”管6～12周。结果 11例均手术成功，无明显手术并发症。术后随访6～12个月，痊愈8例，好转1例，无效2例。结论 输尿管镜下钬激光内切开治疗输尿管狭窄具有创伤小，恢复快，操作简单，并发症少，效果满意等优点。【关键词】 输尿管镜;钬激光;输尿管狭窄

【Abstract】 Objective
To study holmium laser treatment methods and treatment of ureteral stricture. Methods Selected December 2009 February 2011,11 cases of ureteral stenosis in patients with narrow to ureteroscopic holmium laser incision for treatment of postoperative indwelling double “J” pipe through 6 to 12 weeks. Results 11 cases were successful surgery. Patients were followed up 6 to 12 months, recovered in 8 cases, improved in 1 case and ineffective in 2 cases. Conclusion Holmium laser ureteroscopic treatment of ureteral stricture incision with less trauma and faster recovery, simple operation, less complications and satisfactory results. ......
