动态脑电图在儿童癫痫中的诊断价值
【摘要】 目的 评价分析动态脑电图与常规脑电图在儿童癫痫诊断中的意义及价值。方法 将我院就诊的150例可疑儿童癫痫患儿，分别进行常规脑电图及1 h动态脑电图检测，并对其检测结果进行分析总结。结果 150例可疑儿童癫痫患儿，常规脑电图检测总异常为71例占47.3%；而1 h动态脑电图检测异常为96例占80.7%，觉醒期16例占16.7%、睡眠期47例占48.9%、睡眠期和觉醒期均有33例占34.4%。1 h动态脑电图检测总异常96例患儿中诱发试验检出17例，其中过度换气检出4例、闪光刺激检出11例、蝶骨电极检出2例。结论 动态脑电图检查对小儿癫痫的诊断、分类及指导治疗十分有价值。【关键词】

【Abstract】 Objective
To evaluate the significance and value of dynamic EEG and conventional EEG in the diagnosis of epilepsy in children.Methods 150 cases hospital treatment in children with suspected epilepsy in children, respectively, for routine EEG and 1hour ambulatory EEG testing,and its results were analyzed and summarized. Results 150 cases of suspected child with epilepsy, abnormal routine EEG testing total of 71 cases accounted for 47.3%,and 1hour ambulatory EEG abnormalities detected in 96 cases accounted for 80.7%, the awakening of 16 cases (16.7%), sleep 47 cases accounted for 48.9%, sleep and waking are 33 cases accounted for 34.4%. 1 hour ambulatory EEG detected 96 cases of children in the total induced abnormal test detected 17 cases, including hyperventilation detected in 4 cases, the flash stimulus detected 11 cases of sphenoid electrodes detected in 2 cases. Conclusion Dynamic EEG diagnosis of epilepsy, classification and guide the treatment is very valuable. ......
