老年非典型性心绞痛相关因素分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨老年非典型性心绞痛患者的临床特点及相关因素。方法 通过心电图、心肌酶学、心脏影像学等检查，对67例60岁以上非典型心绞痛患者进行回顾性分析。结果 非典型心绞痛占同期老年心绞痛患者的48.2%，初次静息心电图正常不能排除心绞痛且需监测或者行负荷试验；多种疾病可以诱发老年人心绞痛。结论 重视老年心绞痛患者的非典型性表现，及时控制心绞痛症状，防止疾病的恶化及进展度，提高生存率和生活质量。【关键词】

【Abstract】 Objective
