【摘要】 目的 观察和评价益生菌联合三联疗法在幽门螺杆菌(HP)根除治疗中的临床疗效。方法 将128例HP阳性患者随机平均分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用益生菌(乳酸杆菌)联合三联疗法(泮托拉唑，克拉霉素，阿莫西林)抗HP治疗，对照组单纯用三联疗法抗HP治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果 治疗组患者HP的根除率达90.7%，而对照组仅有63.5%，相比存在统计学差异(P<0.01)；且治疗组不良反应5.4%明显低于对照组21.7%(P<0.05)。 结论 益生菌联合三联疗法可提高根除率，减少抗生素的不良反应，可直接用于根除HP的一线首次治疗。

【Abstract】 Objective
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of probiotic bacteria associated triple therapy for helicobacter pylori eradication. Methods 128 patients were average divided into two groups randomly for helicobacter pylori eradication: the treatment group and control group. The treatment group with probiotic bacteria(lactobacillus), associated with triple therapy(pantoprazole,clrithromycin and amoxicillin),the control group with triple only. Two group patients were observed to analyse these efficacy and safety. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.7% in helicobacter pylori eradication, only the effective rate of the control group was 63.5%. The two group had significant difference(P<0.01). The rate of adverse effect in the treatment were lower than the control group(5.4% vs 21.7% P<0.05). Conclusion Eradication rate of Hp is improving with probiotic bacteria and triple therapy, adverse effect of antibiotics is reducing,so it can be applied to first treatment directly for Hp eradication.

1983年WarrenMarshall首先从胃炎患者胃内分离出幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori. HP),成为近20年最重要的医学事件之一[1]，已确认，该菌与胃肠道4种疾病密切相关，即慢性胃炎，消化性溃疡，胃黏膜相关淋巴瘤及胃癌。且HP感染相当普遍，尤其是在一些发展中国家如我国，如能有效地对HP的根除治疗，就能大大减少甚至预防上述胃肠道疾病的发生，发展以及治疗后的复发。因此，根除HP成为全世界医学热门课题，但HP耐药菌菌株的产生明显降低了根除治疗的疗效，给临床治疗带来了困难。根据中华医学会消化分会2003年达成了我国对幽门螺杆菌若干问题的共识意见[2]的治疗方案，耐药率也逐年上升，为此，2009年12月至2011年8月期间，笔者所在的科室采用益生菌联合三联疗法进行HP根除治疗，经临床试验发现，可明显提高HP的根除率，减少抗菌素生素的副作用，取得了满意的疗效。现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 2009年12月至2011年8月因腹胀，腹痛，反酸，嗳气，恶心，烧心等症状来我院消化内科门诊就诊患者128例，其中男82例，女46例，年龄在20~72岁 ......
