继发于急性心肌梗死的血糖升高
【摘要】 目的 观察无糖尿病病史的急性心肌梗死患者的血糖升高。方法 对发病前无糖尿病病史的60例急性心肌梗死患者，发病后出现的血糖升高现象进行临床观察，分析。结果 对该类患者未用降糖药物治疗，但随着心肌梗死的治疗，病情的好转，其血糖于8 d后降至正常。结论 血糖升高为急性心肌梗死的应激反应。【关键词】

【Abstract】 Objective
To observe the patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by hyperglycemia.Methods 60 cases of AMI without diabetes history were observed and analysied,blood glucose level was elevated in those patients after AMI occured.Results Lowering blood glucose agents were not administered in the patients,8 days later,with AMI improved,blood glucose level deceased to normal.Conclusion Hyperglycemia is a stress reaction of the AMI.
