【摘要】 目的 探讨螺旋CT在颌面部骨折中的临床价值。方法 分析16例颌面部骨折的轴位、MPR(多平面重组) MIP(最大密度投影) 3D(三维重建) 的CT表现。结果 MPR MIP 3D对颌面部骨折有很好的显示。 结论 MPR MIP 3D对轴位CT 有很大补充，对复杂颌面骨折的术前指导有重要的临床意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate spiral CT in the maxillofacial fractures in the clinical value. Methods Analysis of 16 cases of maxillofacial fractures of axial, MPR (MPR) MIP (maximum intensity projection) 3D (three-dimensional reconstruction) of the CT. Results MPR MIP 3D for maxillofacial fractures have a good show. Conclusion MPR MIP 3D on axial CT are very complementary, complex maxillofacial fractures preoperative instruction has important clinical significance.
