浅谈应用胰岛素泵治疗的护理体会
【摘要】 目的 介绍临床应用胰岛素泵的护理体会。方法 对200例需胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者使用胰岛素泵持续皮下注射。结果 应用胰岛素泵治疗能显著快速控制血糖，明显改善HbA1 c水平。结论 胰岛素泵治疗更符合生理胰岛素分泌，可更快更有效地控制高血糖，胰岛素泵的推广将会是治疗糖尿病的必然趋势。【Abstract】 Objective
To introduce the clinical nursing experience in the use of insulin pump. Methods The diabetic needs the insulin treatment who to 200 examples uses the insulin pump to continue the hypodermic injection. Results Application of insulin pump therapy can significantly rapid control of blood glucose, significant improvement in HbA1 c levels. Conclusion Insulin pump therapy in line with the physiological insulin secretion, can be faster and more effectively control high blood sugar, insulin pump treatment of diabetes will be the promotion of the inevitable trend!
