同型半胱氨酸和甘油三酯的动态监测在中老年人心血管病中的应用
【摘要】 目的 探讨在中老年人中同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和甘油三酯(TG)指标有何变化及影响。方法 用OLYMPUS AU640机器对490例中老年人(50~70岁)进行HCY和TG测定，其中290例的HCY和290例的TG高于正常值(其中HCY和TG全部都高的有200例)，200例HCY和TG结果正常。分别进行2年追踪观察发生心血管病的几率并分析。结论 HCY、TG的检测对于心血管病的预防和发生有重要的意义，对于高HCY或高TG的患者，一定要注意动态观测，及时预防和采取治疗措施【关键词】

【Abstract】 Objective
Discussing changes and impacts of homocysteine(HCY) and triglyceride(TG) among the aged and elderly people. Methods HCY and TG of 490 aged and elderly people (50-70) were measured with OLYMPUS AU640 machine. The results show that there are 290 people whose HCY value and TG value were aboved the normal values respectively (200 people whose HCY value and TG value exceed the normal values simultaneously), and 200 people whose results were normal. Then a two-year tracing was conducted to observe and analyze the probability of cardiovascular disease. Conclusion It has great significance of HCY and TG test to prevent cardiovascular disease.
