【摘要】目的观察中心静脉导管留置灌注白介素-2治疗恶性胸腔积液临床疗效，探讨此技术在治疗中的应用价值。方法收集临床已确诊患有胸腔积液并行胸膜腔留置中心静脉导管的患者66例。待胸腔积液基本引流完后生理盐水50~60 ml，DDP 50 mg/m2,白细胞介素-II 200万U，地塞米松注射液10 mg，充分溶解后注入胸腔，闭管2~3 d后再引流积液，注药为每周1次，共2~4次。观察疗效、生活质量和毒副反应。结果留置中心静脉导管灌注白介素-2联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水总有效率达91.8%。胸膜腔留置中心静脉导管操作简便，患者痛苦小，便于胸水引流及注药，医生工作量明显降低。结论留置中心静脉导管灌注白介素-2联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水疗效好，方便、安全，可以作为治疗恶性胸腔积液的有效方法。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluae the therapeutic effect of thoracic cavity injection in m alignant pleural effusion and explore the clinical value of the method.MethodsThe clinical data of 66 patients with m alignant pleural effusion were retrospectively reviewed. They were treated by 50 mg/m2of cisplatin and 2000000 units of Interleukin-2.The efficacy, quality of life and toxicities were evaluated. ResultsThe total efficiency was 91.8%. ConclusionIntrapleural injection with interleukin-2 combined with cisplatin is effective for patients with m alignant pleural effusion. It deserves further applications. ......
