高职高专医学院校组织胚胎学实验教学考核方法改革探索(1)

     【摘要】目的探讨传统与现代相结合的组合式实验教学考核方法在高职高专医学院校组织胚胎学教学中的应用效果。方法以我校2011级大专学生为研究对象,采用传统与现代相结合的组合式实验教学考核方法。考试结束后通过与2010级学生的实验考试成绩做统计分析对比,以及在2011级学生中做调查问卷两个途径来综合评价改革后的实验考试方式的主、客观效果。结果2010级学生的实验考试成绩为(15.36±5.32)分,2011级学生的实验考试成绩为(17.43±4.22)分,两组比较有统计学意义(t=6.84,P<0.01),2011级学生的成绩优于2010级学生。调查问卷显示,绝大多数学生对采用传统与现代相结合的组合式实验教学考核方法在提高考试效率和考试质量、提高学习的自主性、加强对自身素质及动手能力的培养、有利于培养科学、严谨的学习态度、引导学生重视知识的运用及能力的培养等方面发挥的作用予以肯定。结论传统与现代相结合的组合式组织胚胎学实验教学考核方法具有较好的效果,值得在同类院校推广。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of the combination of traditional and modern combined experimental teaching evaluation in teaching histology and embryology in higher vocational medical colleges. MethodsOur school level 2011 college students as the research object,the traditional and modern combination of combined experimental teaching evaluation organization to implement the experiment test. At the end of the course, through the class of 2010 and the experiment test scores do contrast and self-designed questionnaire surveys were used in the class of 2011 to test the experimental examination way after reform of the subjective effects. ResultsThe examination results in the class of 2010 were(15.36±5.32) points, and (17.43±4.22)points in the class of 2011(t=6.84,P<0.01). The combination of traditional and modern combined experimental teaching evaluation could raise test efficiency and quality examination, stimulate the harmony and foster students interest in learning,etc. ConclusionThe combination of traditional and modern combined experimental teaching evaluation has good effect, worth in the similar institutions promotion.

    作者单位:276000临沂,山东医学高等专科学校教育部《关于加强高职高专教育人才培养工作的意见》指出,高职高专教育要“以适应社会需要为目标”,知识的运用是目的,能力是目标[1]。高职高专医学院校学生在校学习时间仅两年,两年时间既要学习医学理论知识,又要进行医学技能训练,和本科教学相比,时间紧,任务重,这就要求高职高专的教学更应该注重“以应用为目标,理论课教学以必需、够用为度,专业课教学加强针对性和实用性”的发展方向。
