婴幼儿肾脏超声测值对肾脏发育的应用价值
【摘要】 目的 通过正常婴幼儿肾脏超声测量值，评估超声测量值对婴幼儿肾脏异常的应用价值和意义。方法 对1266例健康的婴幼儿行常规超声检查，测量肾脏长径、宽径、厚度，并对超声资料进行分析。结果 婴幼儿的肾脏发育随年龄增长而变化，2岁以内肾脏增长较快，2岁以后缓慢下来。超声测量肾脏正常值中，相同年龄的肾脏长度是可靠实用的参考指标。结论 超声测量婴幼儿肾脏正常值，能了解婴幼儿肾脏的生长发育情况。并对肾脏发育异常的早期发现、早期治疗起着重要的作用。【关键词】 超声检查;婴幼儿肾脏;测量值;长度The value of renal ultrasound measurements of kidney development in infants and young children HUANG Bixia, WANG Jieqi, GU Quanhui Department ofFunction Division Ultrasound Huidong Peoples Hospital,Huizhou 516300,China
