抗血栓泵预防脑梗死患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效观察
【摘要】 目的 观察脑梗死患者使用抗血栓泵预防下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法 将96例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予常规治疗和护理，观察组在常规治疗、护理的基础上使用抗血栓泵进行辅助治疗。2组均于治疗18 d后行双下肢深静脉血栓检测和凝血指标检测。结果 观察组未发生DVT，对照组发生DVT 6例，两组DVT发生率比较有统计学意义(P<005)。凝血指标比较无统计学意义(P>005)。结论 对脑梗死患者在常规治疗护理的基础上使用抗血栓泵辅助治疗，可以有效预防下肢深静脉血栓形成。【关键词】 抗血栓泵；脑梗死；下肢深静脉血栓形成Effectiveness of the response compression system on preventing deep vein thrombosis of cerebral infraction clients JIAO Pingli Beijing Changping Health School，Beijing 102200,China
