TB型子宫内膜治疗仪治疗功能性子宫出血的护理(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨TB型子宫内膜治疗仪治疗功能性子宫出血的护理方法。方法 回顾性分析30例患者用TB型子宫内膜治疗仪治疗功能性子宫出血的临床观察和护理。结果 30例患者均顺利通过TB型子宫内膜治疗仪的治疗，术后闭经或点滴量22例，月经明显减少7例，有效率为9667%；月经减少不明显1例，无效率为3.33%，未出现子宫穿孔、邻近脏器热损伤、感染等并发症。结论 加强对TB型子宫内膜治疗仪治疗功能性子宫出血患者的心理护理及相关护理，是保证手术的安全和成功的关键因素之一。【关键词】 TB型子宫内膜治疗仪；功能性子宫出血；护理The clinical nursing care of dysfunctional uterine bleeding with TBtype endometrial ablator LIU Meiguang， LIU Weizhen， ZHAO Renfeng， ZHANG Jin Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department，The Peoples Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region， Guangxi Nanning 530021，China
